Breakaway Holdings, LLC was founded in 2016. Our focus is acquisitions and start ups in the substance abuse and behavioral health arena. Our primary target is the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) sector of substance abuse treatment.

Breakaway Holdings’ strategy is to roll-up/roll-out Intensive Outpatient Programs throughout the Western U.S. (Branded Breakaway Recovery™) There are over 11,000 independent IOPs currently in existence in our country, and they provide a smorgasbord of treatment options. Our plan is to bring a significant number of these clinics into a carefully designed structure that offers branded, high standard operating practices and procedures, which generate consistent levels of treatment and excellent results.
